In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any of jed4d's services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. jed4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Residency. jed4d's services are intended for players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jed4d complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to contract are not eligible to register.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use jed4d's services:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of jed4d or any of its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jed4d or who are subject to a mandatory exclusion order;
• Persons who have previously had a jed4d account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one jed4d account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jed4d will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jed4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jed4d immediately.

3.4 Non-Transferability. Your jed4d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

3.5 Account Verification. jed4d may, at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity before permitting account activation, deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the platform. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension.

4.1 Verification Requirements. As part of our commitment to security and compliance, jed4d may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include, but is not limited to, submission of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);

4.3 Consequences of Non-Completion. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jed4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jed4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your jed4d account within minutes of confirmation. jed4d does not guarantee a specific processing time, as delays may occur due to third-party payment processing systems beyond our control.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are strictly prohibited. Where such deposits are identified, jed4d reserves the right to void associated transactions and close the account.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. jed4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jed4d accepts no responsibility.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the absence of any account restrictions or pending investigations.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make a deposit, where possible. If this is not technically feasible, jed4d may request that you provide an alternative payment detail registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) may experience delays. jed4d will make every reasonable effort to process withdrawals promptly.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change at jed4d's discretion.

6.5 Right to Investigate. jed4d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification. Where a withdrawal is withheld for investigative purposes, jed4d will notify you as promptly as circumstances allow.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. jed4d offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorization will result in the voiding of all associated bonus funds.

7.4 Abuse of Bonuses. jed4d takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses, closure of the account, and recovery of any funds derived from abusive play:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Placing bets that systematically exploit bonus terms, including "bonus hunting" strategies;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to complete wagering requirements;
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

7.5 jed4d's Right to Modify Promotions. jed4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to correct any errors in promotion terms and to reclaim bonus funds awarded in error.

8.1 Third-Party Game Providers. Games available on jed4d are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules defined by its provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, the result of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the provider's malfunction policy.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All games offered on jed4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of each game's outcome is independently audited by the respective provider. jed4d does not interfere with game outcomes and cannot alter RNG results.

8.3 Sportsbook Betting. All sports bets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports — are settled in accordance with jed4d's official sportsbook rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid; one void or lost leg settles the entire accumulator at the applicable reduced odds or void rules as specified in the sportsbook terms.

8.4 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted on the jed4d platform follow officially published draw results. Bets are accepted until the draw time stated on the platform. No bets may be placed, modified, or cancelled after the stated cut-off time.

8.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting result, you must contact jed4d's support team within 7 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. jed4d's decision on all disputed results, following investigation, shall be final.

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. jed4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jed4d platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

11.1 Ownership. All content on the jed4d platform — including but not limited to the jed4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of jed4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited License. jed4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jed4d content.

11.3 Restrictions. You may not use the jed4d brand, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or any third-party promotional activity, without jed4d's prior written consent.

12.1 No Warranty. jed4d provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service on the platform.

12.2 Service Availability. jed4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. jed4d will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from platform unavailability.

12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jed4d's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. jed4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

12.5 Gaming Losses. jed4d is not liable for any betting or gaming losses you incur through your use of the platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you accept that risk entirely upon placing any bet or wager.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your jed4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by jed4d. jed4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have provided false or fraudulent information;
• jed4d has reason to believe your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
• You have been identified as a self-excluded player;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

13.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jed4d reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, or winnings held in the account at the time of closure.

14.1 Right to Amend. jed4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

14.2 Notification. Where amendments are material, jed4d will endeavor to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the jed4d platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14.3 Disagreement with Amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the jed4d platform and close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jed4d is licensed and operated.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and jed4d, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. jed4d is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with jed4d's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jed4d with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
